REFUND POLICY

We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of inspection before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage.

• Art’n’You offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Also same for missing items.

• You'll have to submit a box opening Video or Images of the defect/damage to info@artnyou.co.in (within 24 Hrs of delivery time). If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for a free replacement.

Processing Orders: Our business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Saturday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours, please email our customer service department at info@artnyou.co.in and we will respond as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return.

For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. To claim refund or replacement the customer must send the video of opening the package & the damaged/defective part.

If the product is requested for replacement, then we will replace the product within 8-10 days.

If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked within 4-7 working days. In case of returns, the refunds will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days. 

In case of return the refund, amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We, Art’n’You, value the association with our customers. We would never wish any orders are cancelled. But in unavoidable circumstances, we respect the priorities of the customer. 

Here is our Cancellation Policy regarding already purchased item:
Cancellation by Art’n’You:

There may be certain orders that Art’n’You is unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Art’n’You credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. In case of prepaid payment if your order is cancelled, the said amount will be reversed back in your account. A promo code once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or by us.
 
Cancellation by the User:

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practices, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by Art’n’You, it shall cancel the order and compensate to you by providing a shopping voucher of the equivalent value of the cancelled item, within a reasonable period. Art’n’You will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. It has the sole right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer shall accept Art’n’You decision concerning the cancellation. We cannot accept order cancellations on any customised items past 2 hours after order placement & check out. For regular items, the user can cancel the order within 24 hours of check out. You can cancel your order by logging into your account, go to Track your order section, click on the Cancel order tab. The tab will be inactive after 24 hours of check out.
