• This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of www.artnyou.co.in website.
• By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Art’n’You website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
• The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", ";You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and ";Us", refers to our Company. ";Party", "Parties";, or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs.
User Agreement
• The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections to get a clear idea on how to order.
• In order to use the www.artnyou.co.in website, the user has accepted the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• All products are checked, screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.
• The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Art’n’You.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.
• If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Art’n’You for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
• If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein, he/she should seek clarifications from
us through email at info@artnyou.co.in and should wait for a written clarification before using the service
• Art’n’You shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from Art’n’You. Our normal delivery schedule is specifically given with the product description.
• Art’n’You attempts to be as accurate as possible with its product descriptions. However, Art’n’You does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Slight colour variation is possible. If a product offered by Art’n’You itself is not as described & not accepted as received, your sole remedy as the customer is to return the item in its unused condition.
• All content included on www.artnyou.co.in, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Art’n’You or its content suppliers and protected by India and international copyright laws.
• The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information on www.artnyou.co.in We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If any such user details are found not to be true wholly or partly, www.artnyou.co.in has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services of Art’n’You and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
• Art’n’You will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ones to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
• Art’n’You shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods due to flood, fire, wars, riots, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of us.
• The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Art’n’You shall not entertain any complaints after 2 days after the order is delivered.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.
• When you order a product from our website, you confirm us that you have read carefully and agreed to our Terms and Condition, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping policy available at the footer of the website.

Online Purchase Terms and Conditions
This section sets forth Art’n’You ’s Terms and Conditions of sale through its website www.artnyou.co.in. By completing a purchase with us you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
General Terms
• Art’n’You carries many of the products that is displayed on our website. In some cases, merchandise on our website may be out of stock, or may be discontinued without notice.
• Our shipping lead times average 2-4 working days from the customer's order date for all products. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 3-4 days after dispatch. It takes 3-7 days for delivery and it depends on area pin codes. For Customised products, we will need a lead time of at-least 10 days for dispatch from the order date. The lead time also depends on the type of item, the quantity ordered & delivery pin code.
• All prices and services featured on our website are quoted in INR, are valid and effective only in the continental INDIA.
• Some of our products may have been photographed with electronic equipment and other Home decor Products. Electronic equipment and other Home Decor Products are not included with product purchase.
Sales Items
• Sales item orders cannot be cancelled. Sales items are final sales and may not be returned. No price adjustments are given on or due to prior sales.
Order Cancellations
• We cannot accept order cancellations on any customised products past 2 hours after order placement.
• We cannot accept cancellations on customised products. This includes, but is not limited to custom names and other custom text.
• All purchases are made to order, and cannot be refunded or cancelled due to time and resources allocated to the fulfilment of that item.
Legal
We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. For this reason, you should review our Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us.
